IT IS ESSENTIAL-you read and re-read these instructions to ensure you have the maximum time with Louise in your private session.

PHONE or VIDEO READINGS

​

Please ensure the phone number you provide is correct.  Both mobile and landline numbers are fine but please also provide the full international dialling code if you are outside of Australia.

​

For Phone Readings, Louise will call you directly for the reading (the number will show up as a Private number with no Caller Id). If you have any issues at the time of the reading, you can call the Emergency number on +61 415 183 950. Otherwise, it is best to email all enquiries to info@louisehermann.com

For Video Readings, please ensure you provided your EXACT Video Type at the time of the booking. If you wish to connect to Louise Hermann's Skype Name a couple of days before it is anomone73. It is good idea to check you have a strong internet connection and you know how to use your Video type beforehand by testing it with a friend or family member.

It is important you are available ON TIME. Louise must complete the reading within 40 minutes in preparation for the next reading. If you are late, the end time of your reading will not change due to the flow on effect to other people on both sides of life. We appreciate your understanding of this.

RECORDING-To protect both your privacy and the reader in this multi-media world, we do not allow audio and video recordings. The traditional method of taking notes with pen and paper is encouraged.

RE-SCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY
 

If you need to Re-schedule or Cancel an Appointment, you must go to your original booking email confirmation (Email Title:New Appointment) and click onto the CHANGE/CANCEL APPOINTMENT button no later than 48hrs before. This is the only way for your to RE-SCHEDULE/CANCEL.

You are fine to change your appointment up to 5 days before the scheduled session.

If you RE-SCHEDULE less than 48hrs before, your security deposit of $100 AUD is non-refundable as there is no ability to refill the appointment in such short notice.

A maximum of 1 change to the appointment is allowed before a re-booking in the future is not accepted.

 

If you cancel within 5 days of your scheduled appointment and do not rebook or do not turn up on the day without notice, your security deposit of $100 AUD (for readings) is non-refundable.

NO REFUND POLICY

You agree that all fees paid by you are non-refundable once Louise has provided services to you at your scheduled session.

​
